The Goshen Farm in Cape St. Claire is in desperate need of help. An original Colonial farm from the 1780's, the Goshen Farm is a historic landmark of Anne Arundel County and needs to be preserved. Handle Bars for the Holidays is an annual event where ABC and its members join in a fundraising effort to purchase bicycles for children in our community.
This holiday season we proudly continued the annual tradition of the Handlebars for the Holidays Program. This very worthwhile cause purchases bicycles and helmets for children who otherwise would not share in the celebration of the holidays by finding a toy under their Christmas tree. We are proud to announce that $9,000 was raised; which allowed us to provide 90 bicycles to needy children.
