The Annapolis Light House Shelter is in need of pantry items to help fill the shelves in its new facility. Please help ABC make a difference by bring along canned goods to any or all of our upcoming events.

Handlebars for the Holidays 

Handle Bars for the Holidays is an annual event where ABC and its members join in a fundraising effort to purchase bicycles for children in our community. 
This holiday season we proudly continued the annual tradition of the Handlebars for the Holidays Program.  This very worthwhile cause purchases bicycles and helmets for children who otherwise would not share in the celebration of the holidays by finding a toy under their Christmas tree.  We are proud to announced $9,000 raised; which allowed us to provide 90 bicycles to needy children.

To contribute:
Please contribute cash or check made out to ABC Chesapeake Shores with Handlebars in the memo.
Bikes and helmets will be purchased and distributed in time for the holiday season.

Mike Kesler Home Rebuild

Earlier this year Mike Kesler, employee of Colonial Electric, was severely in an accident that left him with six damaged vertebrae and left him paralyzed from the waist down. Members of ABC Chesapeake Shores are being asked to team up to help Mike out at home by volunteering some time and supplies for a home alteration.

Bathroom adjustments

1. Remove tub shower
2. Install roll-in shower
3. Remove double-bowl sink
4. Install wall mounted sink
5. Move or turn in toilet
6. Move floor vent
7. Replace floor with tile
8. Widen doorway
